During the year 2005, I met Leticia and her sister, and I was impressed with the strong bond between the two.  Leticia seemed very rebellious and her sister very introverted.  I discovered at the Project that they could count on all the affection and support of the personel of Lar Feliz.  They benefitted from excellent surroundings, but in truth, nothing compensates the presence of a mom and dad.

During the end of 2006, Leticia was going through a difficult phase, including school, and I decided to get involved and try together with the personel of Lar Feliz to help her overcome those difficulties that she was going through.  We got to know each other, gaining confidence from each other, and I discovered the happiness that a little attention brought to Leticia and her sister, which also brought happiness to myself in return.

I believe that small gestures and a little attention can have  the power to change someone's life in a positive way, making a way for a happy future.  At least, that is what I desire for them and hope to be able to continue to help in this way whenever the girls need this type of encouragement.
